Hotel Information Services provides a wide range of reports to meet all of your needs. Below is a list of our most popular reports. We can also customize reports to meet your specific needs.
The same process as Volume Shops is used for Airline Crew rates. We ask your competitor hotels specifically for the crew rate, not the corporate or travel industry rate. In the event we are quoted a corporate rate for the airline, we will pass that information along. If we are quoted a travel industry rate, we do not pass that along unless you have specifically requested it. Any notes directly from the hotel are listed on our shops.
A group shop will provide you with pertinent information as to how your competitor hotels handle group requests. You may use the criteria to your own specifications. We shop AV pricing, F & B minimums, room rates, meeting space rental, and anything you may want to know.
Competitive Rates survey tells you what your competitor hotels are charging through various sources (Travelocity, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.). Most are 28 days out. We check availability through internet sites, as well as calling the hotels directly.
This is another special request report that is frequently shopped, and provides information regarding the corporate accounts in your area. You provide the criteria so your shop is catered to your hotels needs.
This report will shop the catering department of your competitive hotels. Pricing and the menus will be provided. You may provide your own criteria.
This report includes the following: travel agent negotiated rates, volume account survey, a strategic rate report, length of stay analysis, a holiday guide, a package shop, and also a hotel fee shop.
We will physically go to your hotel, rate the check in thru the check out process. A very detailed report will be delivered to your within 2 days of the visit. We give you a detailed report of the experience at your hotel. The report will include maintenance issues, housekeeping, staff interaction, and suggest ways to make your hotel more appealing to the general public.
This shop is very similar to a group shop. You may provide your own criteria. Each competitor hotel is shopped for pricing on room rental and F & B minimums. We check to see if package pricing is available. We obtain deposit information, bar pricing, ceremony pricing, etc.
We can customize a shop anyway the client would like to see it done. The criteria you fill out on the shop request forms will be what we base our calls on. We can ask for corporate groups with audiovisual, and food and beverage minimums with complete meeting package pricing details; to shopping your sales department to tell you how your staff is selling your hotel and what comps they are willing to give to achieve business.
