Group Shop Click Here for Sample
A group shop will provide you with pertinent information as to how your competitors handle group requests such as: social, military, educational, recreational, as well as corporations who are always looking for places to hold their meetings. This report will tell you what your competitors are offering for that type of group's needs. You can choose the date, number of nights, as well as audio/visual needs. You may use the criteria to your specifications. We also provide comment sections so that you may view how the hotel staff handled your call. Were the agents friendly? Did they sell their property? Did they qualify? You may view up to five hotels at the price listed. You may add hotels for an additional cost.

Volume Account Survey
This report reveals various negotiated corporate rates. You select the competitors and the accounts of your choice. You can utilize this shop to negotiate with companies for the approaching quarterly budgeting.

Catering Report
We obtain menus from hotels and place them on a report to compare wine lists, dinners, AV pricing, etc against your hotel.

Competitive Rate Survey

This survey is available in several different formats. One, two, three, four or five sources are available. The sources which we inquire our data are as follows; in-house, central reservations, or through the Internet. This report shows you in-depth data about the next 28 days. The rates are achieved through anonymous test calls. This survey is a weekly or bi-weekly survey that is a guideline for our clients to successfully monitor their competition in the area.   • HIS CRS Plus Three - This form will allow you to view a different format of the CRS Plus.

HIS Ultimate Report
This report includes the following: Travel agent negotiated rates, volume account survey, a strategic rate report, length of stay analysis, a holiday guide, package shop and also a hotel fees shop. This report was designed to use as a monthly or quarterly guide for the hotels to use a budgeting guide. Pricing is based up to seven hotels.

Reservation Agent Test Calls
Monitor your in-house and/or central reservation agent with periodic, anonymous test calls. We can also offer to do test calls on the rest of the hotel staff. Each one of the calls are evaluated and then transcribed. Pricing is based per call.

Travel Agent Test Calls
Monitor how your hotel is selling by major travel agencies. You can choose your feeder cities. Pricing is based per call.

Extended Rate Forecast
A forecast of your competitors’ rates for a certain length of time; For example, one to four days, five to thirteen days, etc. You may change the length of stay as needed. Pricing is based up to seven hotels.
