Golf Package Report

For the golf package report, much of the information can be gathered directly from the hotel website, however phone calls are made for both verifying pricing and availability if needed.  This report details the golf packages that are offered by your competitive set, it includes a specific list of the prices, and exactly what the packages include.  Some locations will include golf clubs in their package deals, while others require that you bring your own.  Many resorts will offer packages for both avid and beginning golfers.  Get your clubs and Tees ready, it is time to play some rounds on the back nine!

For these reports, we will get everything from the Tee Time reservations requirements to the taxes and fees that usually aren’t included in the posted rates.  In the comments section, we will let you know if there is any professional golfing staff on site and if they have a pro shop that is specifically geared towards the golf enthusiast.  We will always pass along the hours of operation and let you know if they have golf themed snack bar near the golf course.  Included in the comments section will be any fine print terms and conditions that must be met to get the package deal.  We will advise you of any blackout dates that are listed.

This report will assist you in determining what kinds of packages your hotel would like to offer for your guests and if you would like to offer any additional amenities with them.  It will also help you to set a highly competitive rate so that you can stay on top of your market.
