Holiday Rate Report

The Holiday Rate Report will detail your competitor hotel’s best available pricing for up to 11 major holidays throughout the year.  The shop is customizable in that you can choose holidays from any country.  If you are in a location that has a high Hispanic population and you want to add Cinco de Mayo, or an Irish community that goes all out on Saint Patrick’s Day to the list, just say so!  We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.

The information is gathered both through calling the in-house reservations department, and by using the hotel’s reservations website.  Many national chains will transfer us to an offsite central reservations center, in that case we proceed just like we are talking to in-house.  We will strictly check on the dates that you have chosen.  If there is availability on that date, we will get the lowest unrestricted rate being offered at that time.  If there are any minimum night stays required, we will make note of that for your convenience.  If the hotel is completely sold out on the holiday listed, we will not check for any minimums unless you have specifically asked us to, we will just state S/O on the report.

Pricing of this report is for up to five of your competitive set, however additional hotels can always be added for just $35 each.  Turnaround time is generally two to three weeks, however if the report is completed prior to that time, it will be returned to you immediately.
