The Suite Report provides details about the suites located in your competitor’s hotels. It will include pricing for the room, availability on a date that you choose, the size of the suite, all of the amenities that are included with each suite, the number of suites they have in the hotel, and the views available with each one. We will research up to five suites per hotel shopped. You can choose the five suites shopped, or we will automatically use the three lowest and two highest priced options available. Brochures are provided to you if they are offered to us. Additional hotels and suites can always be shopped for a marginal additional charge.
There is some internet research that goes in to a Suite Shop. We browse your competitor’s website and see if they have anything listed regarding suites. We take note of the names and descriptions, down to the finest details. I.e. 26 “luxurious” suites, 2 “exquisite presidential” suites. We then click on the reservations tab and check for availability. We make sure the hotel is wide open so that most the suites would be available. From there we can get an accurate description that includes the various sizes of the room and what views they have, if there is a balcony or patio, what kind of bathroom they have and if the living area also offers dining space. Room size is only given in total square footage.
We follow up with a call directly to the hotel to get more details about the suites, asking for anything that isn’t included on the website. We also ask if there are other unadvertised suites available. At this point we ask if they can send any information via email. That information is always passed along to you along with the completed report.
A professional report is returned to you on an excel spreadsheet via email. Turnaround time is generally two to three weeks, however, if it is completed prior to that time, we will return it immediately.
