Holiday Package Shop

Save the date, get your Holiday finest out, it is time to celebrate!  Almost every hotel will offer party packages for group Holiday Parties, wouldn’t you like to know what your competitive set is doing?  For the Holiday Package Shop we will get you that information and include everything from event space rental, food and beverage minimums, to parking fees.  Nightly room block discounted rates can also be obtained for an additional $10 per hotel shopped.

A typical holiday package will include many of the same things that a business group would, however additional considerations are made for the Holiday decorations and any special linens that might be needed.  Using your criteria, we will check with your competitors and get the pricing for the space, meals, parking, and any additional amenities offered.  These are done much the same way that a group shop is completed and much of the same kinds of criteria are needed from you to do them, the number of attendees, basic needs, wants versus must haves, etc.  We will break down all the fine print for you as well with taxes, fees, and cancellation policies in the comments section.  This is where we will detail the conversation between sales and our agents.

This report can assist you in determining what kinds of holiday packages your hotel would like to offer for guests, and if you would like to include any additional amenities with them.  It will also help you to set a highly competitive rate so that you can stay on top of your market.  We will return a professional report to you in an excel spreadsheet by email.

Turnaround time is generally two to three weeks, however, if we have the information prior to that, we will pass it along immediately.  Report includes information from up to five of your competitors.
