For the spa package report, much of the information can be gathered directly from the hotel website, however, phone calls are made for both verifying pricing and availability if needed.  This report details the spa packages that are offered by your competitive set, it includes a specific list of the prices, and exactly what the packages include.

This report will assist you in determining what kinds of packages your hotel would like to offer for your guests and if you would like to offer any additional amenities with them.  It will also help you to set a highly competitive rate so that you can stay on top of your market.

Turnaround time is generally two to three weeks, however, if we have the information prior to that, we will pass it along immediately.  The report includes information from up to five of your competitors.
