We send an agent directly to the hotel. While there they critique everything from the check in process straight through to check out. A very detailed report is given about the entire experience at the hotel. We note names, times, room details, bar experience (we note if the bartenders measure shots), parking lot, lighting, bathrooms in the hotels, we call maintenance and log how long they took to help us, we time the restaurant experience (we note how many times the waiter comes and what is offered), and more. You name it, HIS will get you a full, detailed portfolio on their experience as a business traveler.
